‘Adarsha Gramamu’ Program

‘Adarsha Gramamu’ is Sanskrit for Ideal Village. Our aim is to integrate health care in the village with its unique culture, environment, water, land and livestock: provide training and skills for mother and newborn care, early identification and management of communicable and non-communicable disease, and optimize nutrition based on local culture and produce. These services are delivered in remote tribal areas while maintaining local values, traditions and cultural sensitivities.
